I bought a AC Adapter. When trying to download software netgear ac600 wifi adapter driver download my laptop I get the message "Verify you have access to that directory. I bought the adapter at Walmart and have tried using the cd that was included as well as online and neither has worked.
Cannot run the software. When it gets to the end of the setup portion I get the error "Verify you have access to that directory". That sounds like something to do with your unknown to us operating system. Not much that the Netgear software can do about that.
If it is Windows, trying running the installer as Administrator. If it is a Mac, then you'll have to consult that community.
