Steam is infuriating sometimes (most of the time actually) Last time it was tyranny that kept stating that content file is locked - trick is the file doesn't exists before the update, update itself copies it from download folder and for some reason desides that it is locked 2 level 2

Is Ark still running or not closed properly? Shut down Steam and bring it back up. I've tried closing steam and restarting the computer. No other games are running and I've tried turning the Anti virus off but still the same.

Ark deleted and reinstalled and still have the same issue anyone got any ideas? Just had a message to repair drive errors and it finished updating without issues.
