Mods not properly downloading :: Europa Universalis IV General Discussions
EU4 will not blogger.com files for mods. Question. AFAIK the launcher doesn't download any mods. Steam downloads them and places them in the steamapps\workshop\content\ folder and then the launcher makes a copy of the blogger.com from each mod and places it as blogger.com files in Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis Eu4 Mods Not Downloading Windows 10; Steam Eu4 Workshop; Steam Mods Not Working; Tried to download a couple mods from Steam Workshop. They don't download, I read online most people have to open the game and exit a couple times before the mods appear. I've done that. I've started and exited the game multiple times, logged in and out of Steam I'm trying to get some of the newer mods working for the version of the game. However, any mod that I download doesn't appear in the launcher, even though it does say I'm subscribed and the mod does work for the current version. Is anyone else getting this problem? Update: I redownloaded the mods while the Launcher was up. Upon doing so, the mods did appear inside, however they were not

Jun 20, You need to go into your library then go to properties for EU4 and make sure Enable Steam Cloud Synchronization is checked under the Updates tab. It doesn't matter if you use cloud saves, for some reason you need to have that checked for mods to update properly. Last edited: May 19, Cloud eu4 not downloading mods already enabled. Extended Timeline. Downloaded the extended timeline mod and rolled back my game to and it says it is enabled in the launcher and I have the right playset selected. When I load my game up the mod doesn't load.
